Trying to buy a new car is ridiculous and abnoxious. We went through our first company and granted this car company just had an owner pass away that dosnt mean they have to be the bigget JERKS ever. So we go to Gene Messer and let them know that we dont want to have a down payment and the sales personnel laughed at us like it is funny. I began to wonder how hard it is for for my foot to make it up someones behind without getting arrested and then it dawned on me that maybe it wasnt such a great idea to try something like that. Enstead I decided to ask him what he thought he was laughing at and why he seemed to find it funny that I didnt want to put a down payment down. How does someone really laugh at a person and expect them not to have a cow about it. I started to leave and the salesmans boss was trying to get me to stay. I tried hard to be a great sport and when he kept pushing I finally had to ask what he had been smoking and what gave him any right to let his team member treat someone like that when all we ask for is a reliable vehicle and no down payment. The dang vehicle wasnt even new it was an older model 03 that I happened to like and it had enough room for kids. Needless to say I will not be going back to their establishment and the local better business bureau has heard all about it. I hope they like it when everyone else hears about it as well!
